Our role
Property Manager Depot is a directory and lead-referral service. We are not a property manager, we do not employ the managers listed here, and we are not a party to any agreement you make with them.
Owner responsibilities
Provide accurate property, location and contact information. Confirm pricing, contract terms, insurance and licensing directly with the manager before signing a management agreement.
Manager responsibilities
Listed businesses must hold valid licensing and insurance where required, keep service areas and pricing accurate, respond to leads promptly, and perform management services to a professional standard. False credentials result in immediate removal.
Reviews
Reviews must come from customers who actually received service. Incentivized, fake or retaliatory reviews are removed, and repeat violations end a listing.
Paid plans
Paid plans bill monthly in advance and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

The directory is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, timeliness or legality of any service arranged through the site, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site and, for account holders, by email.
